The tall Rudbeckia in the garden have lasted so well , but the rain and winds have finally ended their glory in the garden - I salvaged a few of the flowers before Gary cut them down for me .
Still a few scattered showers and gusts of wind today - so a day indoors . Baked a couple of cakes while the roast was cooking in the oven ! So this afternoon its a sit down and "Me time "

@happypat Yes Pat , time , motion and energy saving !! I have always baked on a Sunday morning while the joint was in the oven . When I was working ,it provided for a cake in the lunch boxes for the week ! Old habits die hard , Pat !
Lovely high key image, it looks gorgeous on black. glad hou had some 'me time' I had a lazy day yesterday, well lazy after we had taken a trailer load of garden waste to the tip. That was quite strenuous getting the branches and leaves off the trailer.
