A little bit of processing and I quite like the result . A filler for yesterday as I was not up to much yesterday as I had a bad flair-up (polymyalgia rheumatica ) Everything was painful and my hands swelling up - got an emergency app at the Medical Centre - had a thorough check and put back on steroids , to be reviewed and further blood tests in 2 weeks . . Its painful even to type ! so shall keep it to the minimum !
