Caernarfon quay -1

An appointment this morning with the Dr for a steroid injection in my foot for planters fasciitis. I went to see him before the holiday but he suggested to have it done after my return from hols as it could be rather painful for a few days ! So today is the day !
NB. Senior moment !! after I got down for my appointment discovered I had the correct place and time BUT my appointment is tomorrow !! Ooh well , I am cross with myself , as I will have to go to the Medical Centre again tomorrow !!
