Amazing how some of the plants have survived the blustery winds and rains of the last few days - we are not out of the woods yet -so to speak ! as we have had one or two heavy and sharp showers today as well. My pots and window boxes are still as good as new .
Just enjoyed our roast-beef dinner , my Yorkshire puds were extremely successful today - all light and fluffy !!
My foot still giving me the gip , I was up in the night with the pain - I hope I can get a Dr's app tomorrow ! I am trying not to feel miserable !!
Had a lovely phone chat with my cousin Myra from up home in Wales this morning so good to keep in touch .- We were of the same age and friends as well as cousins at school !
