A day of stormy rain - again ! Pat and I put the world to right over our morning coffee . Then Gary came with me to do our weekly shop . I managed to hobble with the trolley with Gary there to lift and carry !

A day for watching rubbish on TV I reckon! We are excused from doing anything! I e been to surgery with my old couple.....hard work getting them in & out in a wheel chair in the rain! A coffee & cake sounds just the thing!
