A wonderful Autumn's day -after a chilly with morning dew on the grass , a day full of sunshine ! Sat out on my swing seat with my morning coffee before preparing lunch ! I had a lazy day ,nursing my painful foot - the steroid injection doesn't seem to have worked . We have a new Physio at the Health Centre - I think I shall book an appointment to see him in the hopes he can come up with another solution !

Our Cathy said you should see a Podiatrist Beryl.....she did her dissertation on Plantar Fasciitis & it’s something they see lots of in her clinic.
She says very painful too so it must really affect your everyday life.
Strangely I took a photo of a butterfly today, my first one ever, I was surprised how it sat there even when I got close up. It not as good as yours though!
