It has been one of those days - a hospital app this morning which involved x rays on both my replacement shoulders before seeing the consultant - although there is some discomfort - no intervention needed at the moment - - so another check 6-12 months ! Then I took Gary to the Health centre his legs were playing up - inflamed and swollen with a little sore on one. So on a course of antibiotics , and a dressing on his leg - and has to go back to review and re dress the wound .I nearly forgot to post today ! So it was a quick look around the house to see what I could find - I came up with a photo of one of my water colour paintings which I quite like !
