Yesterday I started on the Christmas Decorating - I do it at leisure these days - the tree is not up yet ,although artificial ,it does take some time to put up these days ! So I have to pick my moment ! And I thought everything was in control and spaced out ! but alas I found that my Gas boiler was playing up after one or two goes of putting it right I gave up and went to bed !! This morning I telephoned the engineers - They will come out today sometime before 6.00.pm !!-- but I have a Dr's appointment this afternoon so I hope they will not visit when I am out - I have advised them of the time I shall be out , but there was no promise this could be taken into account but they will phone me before they come !-- all trials and tribulations !!
Yes it is. You've even got Christmas on the TV. I used to enjoy decorating,but now it's a chore and takes me forever. You are very skilled at it. Nice capture.
It's beginning to SOUND a lot like Xmas Beryl! We've just had the oven breaking, slow cooker and then my hubby had a bump in the car - hes ok but didnt know if it would be written off but phew, it isnt! Why do these things all happen round xmas time.
You have made a great start Beryl easier done on stages. I am busy writing cards and getting parcels ready to post so far everything is running smoothley.
You are far better than me, apat from our Advent candles I have nothing up yet. Maybe because it will be the first Christmas that neither daughter will be here.
Doing more then I am. I think I will just do a few Christmas decorations inside this year. Just don’t have it in me to drag stuff from the locker and put it up.
