The white lilies in my bargain bunch are now opening and so pretty ( except their smell upsets my hayfever ! )
Continued with the stormy weather with more rain and flooding forecasted . So grateful that we are not affected , but feel so sorry for all those that are affected by the flooding !
Just be careful of those evil staining stamens too....lethal things! I bought some lilies today from Aldi. They are on the dining table, not in full bloom yet but look nice fir guests plus a viewer due on Sunday.
Loads of floods here too....had to drive through a big one today but not in our house thank goodness....I can’t think of anything more upsetting to see your house full of water.
