Banana Bread

Having looked at the over-ripe bananas for a couple of days , and after seeing Brennie B@brennieb baking yesterday .This morning I decided to make Banana bread - Instead of baking as one big loaf I divided the mixture into two smaller loaves - one for eating and one for the freezer ! They smell good !!

Half ours gone already.! .such a easy recipe....lovely with butter on..or on own.actually night for a pudding.going put some raspberry jam on it and warm custard..how nice if we could have shared yours over a cup of tea xx

They look yummy, I’ve baked fruit and cheese scones today, the kitchen smells lovely although I will have to freeze them as only hubby eats them!

@brennieb I am trying to be frugal (+I am diabetic !) I made two out of the mixture l one to eat and one to freeze -- mind you I can not see it lasting very long ! Ha I just can imagines sitting 2 meters apart enjoying our cake and tea !! ha !

Another industrial 365er! I’m going to have to get my act together I can see! My sil sent me a photo of two fruit loaves she has made today....she also sent me a photo of the recipe in my mums handwriting! Took me back I can tell you!
