Gary busy in the garden , trimming some of the bushes and shrubs.
I am so lucky to have a willing son who enjoys tending to the garden , and does all the heavy work that I can no longer manage to do myself.
I was so pleased that Gary managed to do this yesterday as it poured with rain again last night ,and everything is sodden today .
Lamb for lunch today with my own mint-sauce (mint from the garden) new potatoes ( wish I could say ,from the garden !! ) And a rhubarb crumble and custard ( rhubarb grown and handed over the fence from my neighbour Vera ) I certainly feel I am in a happy place !
I looked at this photo of Gary busy in the garden & wondered if you had to beg him to do it so was with admiration to read he is willing...not every man is as good! Looks a mighty big job too! He deserved his roast lamb!
Great shots of you son and the garden works he do.
( Ours will do to but they live far and meeting/traveling is n`t allowed now . So I`ve to do it myself. )
Gary trims and tidies! My hubby tends to leave the trimmings and I pick them up but lately my bending functions are not active so he now picks up. What a wonderful meal you have enjoyed!
