A cold and frosty morning with thick ground frost . but now the sun has come out and is shining brightly -I just popped out with my camera into the garden . leaving indented footprints in the frozen lawn . Love how the ground frost has highlighted the textures and patterns on this large leaf of the foxglove plant !
It has been a quite a stressful week ,not being able to use the Kitchen while the painter has been decorating the Kitchen and dining room . We moved the microwave , kettle , beverages , cutlery and basic crockery to prepare quick meals in the Conservatory - so it has been quick frozen meals Today the painter is up in the bathroom , thank goodness we have a downstairs toilet !! Now we have returned the microwave etc to the Kitchen - so things are a little more normal !
The leaf is lovely with its frosty coating and the veins high lighted a great capture. Pleased to hear the decorating is going well soon be over and you can get back to normal.
Yes, the frost really does highlight the textures and patterns on this leaf. Great sighting and great capture! Fav (I can't imagine the stress you are under, Beryl. I would be really stressed, too. I hope the work gets done quickly (but well).
Very cold and frosty here too, keep warm.
