Happy St David's Day . 1st of March and we celebrate our patron Saint of Wales .I had intended to make some Welsh Cakes and Bara Brith (Speckled bread ) A Moist teabread with lots of dried fruit in it ..I always follow my mum's recipe. But unfortunately I didn't get round it so it was a simple shot of the daffodils and my wall plate with the Welsh dragon painted on it .
