Bergenia (Elephant's Ears) by beryl

Bergenia (Elephant's Ears)

Amazing what pops up in the garden after such a mild Autumn. The Bergenia is completely confused and is in flower again.
Such a dull November day!!

Flowering well to Beryl…. It could be summer! I think the name must come from the shape of the leaves! Not a name you would forget once you knew the plant!

Love that pink- so vibrant against the dark green leaves! (Interesting to learn the origin of the name from Pat, and it's true that we won't forget this name). I hope frost doesn't come for a while yet- your flowers are gorgeous, Beryl! Fav
