Walking back to the car I spotted this shed/garage through a gateway. I love how the wild life is taking over with the ivy and nettles growing up the side of the shed.
Not very happy !! on Wednesday morning ,I found that my stair lift was dead so with difficulty I came downstairs and immediately called Steve the Stairlift man , He came over the following morning - bad news , repairs were too expensive to make it viable. So I immediately decided to purchase a new one .It is coming directly from the manufacturers and I had a phone call yesterday saying the delivery and installation will be on Monday morning --Whew!! I can not wait! Thank goodness I have toilet facilities downstairs as well so I do not have to attempt the stairs but morning and night !!
Yes, I like the weeds have grown to cover the shed. Were staying in a small French town where many of the houses are overgrown with weeds and abandoned. I feel sad that no-one loves them anymore, although have a certain character.
The lone shed doesn’t look like it belongs to anyone…..I’m sure it does though! That must be a real pain for you….I know climbing g stairs can be such hard work if you’re not as fit as you would like to be. Roll on Monday dryly!
Love this rustic shot! And how amazing nature can be! The ivy and the nettles are doing a great job of beautifying the shed! Fav! (Monday morning can't come soon enough, I'm sure, Beryl! I hope you manage over the weekend okay.)
It doesn't take long for nature to take hold of an untended spot. Good catch! So glad you're able to work around the stair lift problem- hope all comes off quickly and smoothly!
Hope you get your stair lift soon.
Glad you got sorted, it’s something I keep putting off 🙁
