Yet another poppy ,

I have been blessed with many poppies popping up in the back garden this year - love the splash of colour they make!
So pleased to report that I am feeling so much better after a quick sharp doze of steroids to get my polymyalgia under control . Now it is the gradual decrease of the steroids once again so to maintain this!

Gorgeous poppy! Still trying to catch up and reading this a week and a half after. I hope you’ve been able to maintain the needed level of pain relief.
