My Welsh Poppies in the garden creating bands of green and yellow for my h/h .
Late today , as I couldn't be bothered to find another h/h but with only 5days of the month to go I must soldier on !!!!!
A day indoors as we have had a horrendous storm this afternoon with loud claps of thunder overhead and a proper downpour of rain !

The name Welsh Poppies sounds so pretty and they live up to the name! We are supposed to get thunderstorms tonight and it is certainly muggy enough for them. Lovely half and half!
@olivetreeann - good luck re the thunderstorms - we are in a lull after the thunderstorm today - - calm and sunny - but the weather forecast not too promising !!!!!!!!
@gardencat - Welsh poppies ( Papaver Cambricum) mainly comes in the yellow flowers , but also come in an orange flower. I have one or two orange flowers among my yellow ones - - quite pretty ! Mt seed originally came from my parent's garden in Wales . - they spread like anything !!!!
