SEEDHEAD- Abstract

A lazy day today after sleeping off my aches and pains yesterday! Met up with my friends Pam and Len for lunch and a putting the world right !! We haven't' met up for weeks as Pam and Len spend a lot of their time in their caravan in N Wales ! so we had a lot to catch up .
