Plenty of Jams and pickles on sale in the garden centre -- but I was rather disappointed with my visit !! as the remenants of the Christmas Sale was still going on . Disappointed in the plants -- but then it is only January ! But signs of Valentine stuff being brought in !!
Yes I'd go for the preserves (lemon curd is my favourite). I was in a garden centre at the weekend during my travels in the south east and was very disappointed. It seems to be very much 'in between' seasons
Lovely capture and selection.Yes not very exciting at our local garden centre lots of sale items and Xmas decorations all at 50p which I did find a few items for photographic purposes of course.
I have often wondered why they sell stuff like this in a garden centre, Beryl. Are we supposed to plant out the jars in the hope that new ones crop up next year? :-)
Plenty of choice Beryl...I would go immedietly for the lemon cheese jars! Garden centres sell all sorts now don't they the one we went to last Sunday was full of fabulous furniture....sitting room stuff as well as kitchens. One stop shop!
