Oil-seed Rape ,and a "blot on the landscape "

These huge pylons did somewhat spoil the tranquil rural setting !
I hear you Beryl, you just can't seem to get away from them. they spring up through the large open areas. The landscape still looks good

Yes, I have many scenes like this that would be so lovely without the pylons!

I don't like pylons either but some people don't seem to mind them and can make an artistic feature of them! I love these rape seed fields thoug, such a vibrant summer colour.

Love the colours of the oil seed. I agree a total shame about pylons.

@digitalrn @digitalrn @pwt @busylady @thresheg Thank you all for your kind comments --at least we all seem to be of the same mind where Pylons are in the question !!

I always think the yellow against the blue sky looks lovely, yes pity about the pylons!

Not keen myself either Beryl..we have a row not too far away from our house although they look quite nice when the sun sets ...like marching soldiers across the fields.

@happypat I have mixed feeling --don't really like them but we have to move on in this world of technology --so there is some price to pay ! (I hope this sentence makes sense to you --tired & the grey matter not working too well !! )
