WOW I Have enjoyed Christmas. Hmm not what I wanted to see this morning must of been all the wine and drinks and rather large Chinese I had yesterday. Well I'm hoping to get to my goal weight by April and I thought if I did a weekly project of my weight it might just give me a boost to get on with it.
I'm using myfitnesspal basically Calorie counting and hoping to fit some exercise too. Wish me luck :-)

I got on the scales and they told me the same 10st 4lbs. Oh dear I thought, I must walk even more but more importantly not eat quite so much. I'm afraid a nightly glass of wine is my downfall but I do enjoy a glass of Sauvignon Blanc with my dinner and white wine is less calories than red!!! Who am I kidding!
Yep. 10st 4lbs for me too. And I'd got down to 9st 3lbs from 12st 7lbs. I just went crazy in December. Really crazy. Now I have to put in all the hard work again. Oh well, nobody to blame but myself. Good luck ladies x x
I think I might be the same weight but when I used the calculator conversion from kgs to lbs - stones it came out as 26 stones! Heavens to betsy! Don't count me in in this challenge - what you have now done is total commitment!
