For breakfast I had Ready Break with skimmed milk
Snacks a fun size mars bar, carrots sticks and banana and of course a Godiva chocolate of which I think I deserved after a 5 mile walk.
And Millie plans on a Kettle Bells workout tonight!
Update my mum called 9:30..... it was 10:25pm! ..... so no workout this evening - Millie did it alone!
