whoops forgot to take the shot of breakfast and again at dinner.
Mind you breakfast was boring a sliced banana.
Lunch - Baked haddock, spinach and egg pot with crisp bread- from the Hairy Dieters book
Dinner - Roasted cod with parma ham and peppers- again from the Hairy Dieters book
All yummy.
Pretty much staying to my calorie count so hopefully back on track again soon
