This is tiger cake - recipe form the Nordic Bakery cookbook. A little disappointed but it tasted good & approved by my family. I ordered some tins from Lakeland including a bundt tin as thats what the book recommended. Next challenge bakewell tart or lemon meringue pie. Got the baking bug from watching The Great British Bake Off.
