Peppermint Double Choc Chip Cup Cakes

Baked these for hubby, welcome home. Along with Double cherry cup cakes. Everyone enjoyed. He is scheduled to go back to Riyadh in a weeks time was hoping to come back for the w/end and fly back but the flight prices are extremely high so looks like he may have to be out there for two weeks :-(

@dh Yes I did peppermint to fit in and I would not like travelling alone so I'll just keep busy ..... but hopefully his company due to the costs will say just work from home and ring in via web conference ...
