1. Walked 7 miles today - Hawley Garden centre and back. Much nicer with the company of Millie but is was still a wonderful walk. It was a walk We did together last week
2. Project completed a hat for Becka - a project she attempted but gave up as a bad idea - so I completed it!
3. Weight loss going well. A little hic-cup with the weekend but back in the right direction this morning. Putting in a determinered effort this week - I want to lose at least another 3lbs this week
