It was Delena that introduced to to these books. The recipes are so tasty and doesn't seem like I'm "dieting" I rather prefer to say healthy eating / calorie counting. It all will start Jan 1st to get back to my goal and hopefully this time reach my true goal that I wish to be. A year or so ago I posted my weight so it would give me the determination to get lower for the following week.
My girls or rather Becka keeps trying to get me to sign for for the marathon walk ( September - moon shine walk) again but this time with Millie! I haven't yet signed up as Millie will want to bet Becka's pace and the last time I did it the last two miles were agony - but Millie said Oh mum we will train together...
Same here Laura, I feel too fat at the moment & I need to lose six pounds tomget back to normal. Shan't do any special cooking...eat less & move more but I need that weekly weigh in!
Hope you take up the marathon challenge - make it your New Year promise. I decided I must lose weight around 6 months ago, ate almost everything but in slightly lower doses and did some extra walking and jogging and lost 11 kilos. Now all I want is not to start increasing my weight. Those recipe books must look very convincing. Enjoy your cooking.
I really need to lose weight too, Ive done nothing but eat and sit for the last week. I must admit you did inspire me when you were documenting your weight loss .
