Came back from my Bluewater walk to find this wonderful cake Becka baked this morning. The cubes are gin and tonic jelly she made yesterday evening to create this delicous creation today.
A cake for Mother's Day but she gave it me today as cake is always best fresh and Delicious it is too :-)
I might be a bit tipsy at the end of the day as there is nearly a whole bottle of gin used on this fabulous creation.
