Had a great time wondering around Brick Lane finding new street art. I walked over 9 miles, completed all the circles on my Apple watch burnt 624 calories so hopefully the meal, coffee and cake out today will not affect the weight loss to much. Although doing Slimming World ...hubby is still calorie counting using the app Myfitnesspal so I'm also filling this in too and at the end of the day when I competed the entry in in 5 weeks I should be 120.5lbs (8st 6lbs) Oh I so wish !
