The elves thought they were going to have mischief around Vienna markets ...But not this year😢. Luckily all our monies was refunded. Both the hotel and BA refunded all the monies paid. Must say we have been extremely lucky with all the holidays we had booked this year all was refunded... we have £300 in BA vouchers but have until 2022 to use it so not too bad considering at point we thought we we going to have lost over £2000 to BA
