What are the Odds?

This is our niece and nephew. They are the two oldest children of my younger sister. Tonight they celebrated their birthdays. Stephanie turned 18 and Luke turned 16. Yes they were born on the same day two years apart.
What makes this interesting is that their mom and my older sister also have the same situation. They both were born on June 9th six years apart. So really what are the odds
