Where Do I Start

Well today was my first day back to work after a week off. A little hard to say the least. Got home had supper, watched a little TV and then realized I had not taken a picture today. So this is it. I am not sure if I have mentioned how much I love to read. As a result I don't think a birthday, anniversary or Christmas goes by without getting a few more to add to my already huge library.
The Railway book was from Melody. The huge LIFE book which is 75years of the greatest LIFE Magazine Photos is from my in-laws. This included aLIFE magazine from NOv. 1936. The Ride of a Century, The Edmonton Transit Story is from my Mom and the Goldrush book was one I bought myself before Christmas. You can never have to many books. Now the big decision.....Which one do I read first
They all look good and interesting. My husband and I read alot too and we're always in libraries and book stores. Nice photo of these and great display.

Ooooo- they all look good. I vote for "Ride of the Century" since it ties in with the wonderful job you're doing as our Edmonton tour guide.

Great shot. I mentioned Life (and National Geographic) in a Facebook update in which I've encouraged friends to consider joining 365. I said how, as a kid, I always looked forward to its delivery in the mail and how I devoured it cover to cover. Lucky you to have received these awesome gifts.
