Well New Orleans is well known for its Mardis Gras Celebration. So today since I have never been there I would post West Edmonton Malls version of Bourbon Street.
It has a whole variety of restaurants to choose from and is usually full of people.
This shot was taken early in the morning so the crowds are smaller as most places had just opened
Cool shot . . lots of choices of restaurants! Shooting photos in our Mall is frowned on . . guess that they consider it to be on privately owned property. It was a little easier with my p&s, but not this Nikon that I have now. :)
Nice shot--and what a creative idea to shoot Edmonton's Bourbon Street! Probably a lot safer than New Orleans! Sunday I went to take photos in Plaquemine, Louisiana, across the Mississippi from Baton Rouge. I went after their small parade and saw nothing unusual except a couple of floats returning home. The next morning I read in the paper that a man had been murdered during the parade--so tragic!
i see a tony roma's. i used to love tony roma's when i still eat meat. we seldom go there anymore because they don't have very good fish or seafood dishes, but their ribs are to die for. i can imagine how jam packed this place is around lunchtime or in the evening. nice shot, brian.
