Well this was the third weekend for the City Market to be back outdoors. However it was our first visit for the season. We wanted to get there a couple of weeks ago but due to the fact that I was laid up then we had to wait until today.
The day was perfect for it and we had a great time and of course came home with a bag full of goodies
I love these markets! We went to our first one of the season too ...am now waiting for the really fresh veggies to come in later ... especially the tomatoes. Love your candid action photo here. Hope that you enjoy those goodies.
good for you. now i think we have the same thing here and they do it in the summer. somewhere in chinatown i think when they close off a whole street so people can just explore the markets. i think it's at kensington, but i'm not sure. i wonder if they will do it again this year because i had never gone and i intend to this year. wonderful shot of the event, brian. i see a woman holding three large bags!
@summerfield Thanks. We have several markets through out the city but this one is my favorite and we did make some very nice purchases while we were there
