The Heritage Trail by bkbinthecity

The Heritage Trail

Well Mel decided that she wanted to go shopping so I decided to go for a walk along the Heritage Trail. The Heritage Trail is a historic walk that runs from Government House to the Convention Centre. It is a distance of about 30-35 blocks in length.
While walking I came across this older style bicycle and I thought I would try the shot in sepia. I was quite happy with how it turned out. So much so that I am thinking of enlarging this one. A little on the cool side today but the weather is going to warm up for the rest of the week so I think I will get out and enjoy it while I can

I love how this turned out. The style of bike, building and fence lend very well to the sepia effect. Well done!

From the look of the crossbar on this bike - its a very modern one! They have made them look a bit older for the people who don't want to use bikes to race! Even to the basket - its gorgeous! A friend of ours had one genuine old bike just like this and it was stolen - probably because it was trendy!
