So after an amazing concert, Sir Paul performed for three hours last night. Unfortunately I was not able to get tickets. Tonight he is performing a second concert. This ice sculpture located in Churchill Square was inspired by the Beatle's song Maxwell's Silver Hammer. I thought I would go with this shot tonight since today was one the coldest days this winter and having to spend the last hour of it at work outside I felt like I was a big block of ice myself. So how do you remedy theat situation. A nice cup of Pepermint Hot Chocolate at Starbucks
I love this photo of this sculpture, Brian but have not heard of this song. I love the Beatles though and too bad you could not get tickets to the show. Sounds like a great way to remedy the cold by getting a hot drink. I am so glad we do not get snow and currently it is about 60 during the day and in the high 40's in the morning so not bad at all. We are getting a lot of rain right now which we really need.
Three hours is a superb effort for a man of his age... pity you were unable to get tickets... I hope that if I reach his age I have his level of energy!! Great sculpture!
Glad it didn't come down on your head! Peppermint Hot Chocolate is one of the only things I like at Starbucks (that and Peppermint Mocha hot or cold!)...their peppermint flavouring is the best.
