So yesterday we gathered at my Mom's to decorate her tree, you can see the tree if you check out yesterday's photo. There were a few people missing.One of which was my niece Stephanie who is at college in a small town about 2 hours away.
So we came up with an idea to call her up and thanks to Face Time she was able to join us and watch what was going on and talk to everyone as well. That is her on the phone while Renee holds it up so I could get a shot of the two of them and a decoration that Steph had picked out.
It was also her turn to put the angel on the top so she watched and gave intructions to her sister when the time came for that to take place.
This gives a whole new meaning to decorating the Christmas Tree
Sometimes gizmos are a wondrous thing! Thought we were going to have to do the same sort of thing with my daughter...but she has moved back west to Red Deer.
Oh what a great idea and story! ...we facetime all the time now with my grandaughters...half the time we all just sit there and make faces at each other!! still facetime is better then notime!! :)
