So this morning as I stood on this street corner downtown I decided to take this picture. Then after work on the way home I would stop here again and I would take the same picure in the daylight.
Well every time I tried to leave work something came up that delayed me. So by the time I actually left it was turning dark and so I knew that by the time I got downtown all of the day light would be gone. So you will just have to imagine this same scene in the daytime with a whole lot more traffic and people.
Have a great wekend everyone
Isn't it awful when going to work is in the dark. . .sigh. . .I'm counting down till the winter solstice and the days being - however slowly - to start to lengthen!
LOL! Good thing we do have some good imaginations. You had a great idea. Maybe it will work out another day. This is a lovely perspective of this street scene.
The best made plans... But actually you could try for a daylight shot next Friday and then put the two together- so it would be a Friday shot a week apart with the morning and evening theme. Good try Brian!
@olivetreeann Thanks Ann, nice idea but this Friday we will be on the road straight from work as we are travelling to Cranbrook, BC to be with Melody's brother and sister-in-law for Christmas
