What an unusual sight by bkbinthecity

What an unusual sight

So yesterday as we were out and about in Cranbrook we came across this rather unusual sight at least during the winter it is. There is a little park with a creek running alongside of it. It has been a very mild winter here and the water is not frozen over. As we came down this road we saw this huge flock of mallard ducks near the road.
As the others went into the store I went over to get a few pictures. There was a couple with their young boy there feeding the ducks and as soon as I walked over a number of the ducks would start waddleling towards me. They are obviously used to people feeding them..
After heading back to the store to pick up everyone I drove past the ducks so they could get a close look at them. As soon as I parked the van the ducks automatically started heading towards the van.
It really was an unusual but fun encounter
Looks like a duck convention, lol! Cool shot!
