Today's inspriation comes from a picture that Shirley Chetwynd @http365proj posted back on Feb 17. She posted a shot of the Peep Hole at Point Peron in Australia. As soon as I saw it I immediately thought of the Natural Bridge. This is located in Yoho National Park in British Columbia. To get this picture I had to dig out an old photo from a trip we took back in 2008. I am not sure when we will get back there so I took a picture of this picture. There is something very special to see how nature forms things like this
It's quite amazing to see what water can do- in our area, the water of the Delaware River carved a gap between two mountain ridges and now there is a National Park on both sides of river with hiking trails and picnic areas. The Delaware Water Gap has also been celebrated by bird watchers and conservationists lately because over the past 5 years Bald Eagles have returned to nest there. This looks like a really beautiful spot.
