The Cross Lifted Up

Thank you all for your kind words and well wishes for my aunt and uncle from yesterday's post. This morning Melody's brother was speaking at a friend's church so we went together as a family to the service. I took this shot of the church. Something we are seeing more of here are these crosses that are situated quite high. The reason for this is phone companies are more and more locating cell phone towers on church property. It is a win-win for everyone as the company pays the church a monthly fee to have the tower on church property and the company has a place to build the tower

I really like the way they have done the cross. We have that happening here with the cell towers but I not seen one like this.

If you didn't tell us about the cell towers, I wouldn't have known that it was one. to me it looked like modern cross.
