Surprise Visit

Yesterday Melody called up a long time family friend. We arranged to stop by his place today to drop off a little gift we had for him.
We had Melody's parents with us and they didn't know what we were up to so it was a very nice surprise for them
Thankfully with Covid restrictions being lifted it was so nice to see each other in person.

Sounds like a lovely afternoon. It is very nice to have the Covid restrictions lifted enough to allow some interpersonal contact. We still have some friends we can't or won't see up close because they haven't been vaccinated yet, for whatever reason.
