Remembering Her Majesty

Today my heart goes out to the people of the United Kingdom and specifically the British Royal Family with the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
As a result l have decided to post over the next few days pictures l took in 1990 from a trip that Melody and l took to England.

Yes it brought back the memories of me as a boy when she came to the Sydney Cricket ground in 1956. It was a stinko 97 f. we were in our school uniform kids were passing out as we had to stand in the sun for 4 or 5 hours and she passed by in a flash, a wave and she was gone

Thank you for the tribute. I have seen The Queen twice from a distance. I loved her piece with James Bond at the 2012 Olympics, and Tea with Paddington was just hilarious. A very sad loss.
