Don't Touch That Dial

One of Edmonton's first radio stations was CKUA. It had it beginning on the University of Alberta campus. After moving downtown it operated out of this building on Jasper Avenue. The ghost sign is still there. Today it operates out of the rebuilt Alberta Hotel.l will try and get a picture of that building for tomorrow

I like the old ads on the sides of buildings. Usually the buildings aren't brand new either. I'm impressed the radio station has been around that long. The changes it must have seen through the years.
