Another oldie from vacation in Theodore Roosevelt National Park last September. Tired of the same old, same old around here so went looking for something different to backfill some blank spots in my calendar.
Excellent capture in his environment. The mane, eye and swishing tail all come together so naturally. I love wild horses and I love this image and I can understand your feeling of changing things up from the same stuff different day. However, your photos of eagles, osprey and wildlife in general are nothing less than spectacular. I think we all look forward to your next photo because we know it will be fabulous.
