We searched to find a bit of this that wasn't in a tourist site... when we found some I couldn't believe how strong and robust it is, nor how tall which was incredible considering the Romans built it!! This is a great shot - it sums all that up for me.
@filsie65 Thanks Phil! It is such an incredible structure. Unfortunately my knees won't take the hike easily at the moment, but that's your best bet to experience the expanse of the wall.
