Earlier in the year I received a most exciting email about the project by the global initiative http://www.aday.org/
People around the world were asked to submit photographs about their daily lives taken on May 15th to create a snapshot of life around the globe.
This is the finished book, showing 1,000 photographs selected from nearly 100 000 submitted. And it includes one of mine!!! Still stunned by this but very pleased too :-) Can I say I am published now?...Received my own copy of the book end of October. It's a stunning collection (and I'm still not sure how mine ended up in there...) and well worth getting!

congratulations! you are now a published photographer/artist. i can hang out with you and be one of your gaffers and/or posse! truly excited for you, to be chosen from a hundred thousand, you just earned the right to strut your stuff and do a happy dance! great going, b.
