It took me months to work out how to get an unobstructed view of those cranes I kept spotting along the riverside! The company produces steel umbilical cables for the oil and gas sector. I kept hovering outside the gates, waiting to be challenged by a security guy but they weren't bothered ;-)
i like your approach to this challenge, barbara. and i'm glad i'm not alone in adoring the cranes that spoils the skyline. the camera does something to our minds, but the crane in itself is a beauty, like this one. and that sky looks ominous! great shot!
