P's birthday so Dave went out and got smoked salmon and extra eggs for a special bubbly breakfast - and we gave him our presents.
We went on to the Anchor Gardens for a reunion of old ceilidh band Flowers and Frolics, having a Pimm's from the stall there.
On to the Ham for Brighde Chaimbeul, Ross Ainslie and Steven Byrnes - phenomenal Scottish smallpipes with guitar - then back to the Anchor. Found some of the Token Women there so had a chat.
Radway for lunch and tunes and to James Kerry's band in a day workshop working on Brighton Camp He was late so it overran. At home Dave and I had a bit of a bicker over getting access to the hob to cook our omelette - very nice eventually with crudités, a slice of bread and butter and bubbly.
Evening concert at the Manor Pavilion - Lewis Wood's Footwork with Toby Bennett and Simon Harmer, plus several champion Dartmoor step dancers. After, I took a quick peek at the callers showcase before tunes in a crowded Radway. Home to make my own snacks.
