Said the sign on the edges of the lake in St James's Park. And it was thin indeed, melting away as the sun rose. Another deep frost and cold bright day. Into the office for work today.
Not great after a bad night's sleep. I'd woken up to find my sore throat had returned along with snuffly clogged sinuses. Tossed restlessly for a while before getting up and putting more clothes on as I didn't think the cold was helping and taking Anadin. Things seemed to improve after that.
Didn't go to choir though, thought best not to aggravate it - still not right this evening.
Winterwatch started tonight for a week - the cutest red squirrels.
Beautiful composition ... I almost snapped the ice on my local park's pond today but a rat skuttled by before I had chance to work out how best to capture it! Quite proud that although I quickly moved away I stayed in the park til I'd snapped something else!
